Frolicking Otter Brooch

This happy little Otter was inspired by the frolicking otters of Slimbridge Wetland centre.
He is hand drawn on copper then sawn out - again by hand, and then the silver cheeks are also drawn and sawn and silver soldered onto his body. The brooch has a sterling silver brooch back.
The copper is lacquered to slow down the tarnishing process.
Aprrox otter size 6cm.
